Cabòries is a vibrant and light red from 50% Mando, 40% Sumoll & 10% Xarel·lo (white) from 10 to 50 year old vines, planted in calcareous clay soils. The Mando and Xarel·lo are macerated on skins for 14 days, then spontaneously fermented in stainless steel, with 2 months ageing in old oak. Zero SO2 additions and practicing biodynamic.
